Absenteeism
The cost of absenteeism can be measured through both the indirect impact on management time, productivity and turnover as well as through the direct impact to a business in terms of lost billing. In fact the impact is such that the profile of absenteeism is rising to be a top priority for both the Health and Safety Commission and the CBI.
